A broiler feeding trial confirmed AMINOChick® 3.0 recommendations

• AMINOChick^® 3.0 is an online software providing standardized ileal digestible amino acid recommendations (Lys, Met, Met+Cys, Thr, Trp, Arg, Val, Ile, Leu, His, Phe+Tyr, Gly_equivalents) as well as creatine recommendations for broilers
• A feeding trial with broilers was conducted including 8 scenarios of AMINOChick^® 3.0. The scenarios differed in sex of birds (male or female), performance objectives (aiming for maximum body weight or breast meat yield), metabolisable energy (+/- 2.5%) and whole wheat blending.
• The expectations on the different dietary treatments were basically met and, therefore, AMINOChick^® 3.0 has successfully been validated.
